Dana He
ECE/IT/Special Needs
Before studying ECE I was an engineer in China. After raising my son, I felt drawn to the ECE field. Being around children brings joy to my life and I feel intrigued when seeing children reach their full potential and becoming a creative individual.
I have always had a strong connection with children. I love how inquisitive and eager they are to try new things and accomplish new goals. I enjoy guiding and assisting children in their growth and development and I hope to make a positive impact on their lives.

Chantal Maclean
ECE/IT/Special Needs
Hi everyone! My name’s Chantal. I recently just moved out from here from Ontario and am really excited to see what BC has to offer!
During my time in Ontario, I went to Fanshawe College and studied Early Childhood Leadership. I chose this profession because I wanted to change the way we see children. Children are so curious and so resilient, but often misunderstood and adults assume they have no voice. I love giving them their own voice and be able to give them their own choices and let them decide what they need for themselves.
I’m a huge advocate for self-regulation and giving children the tools to learn and be able to cope in healthy ways. I believe in co-learning and showing children that adults don’t know everything and that we’re learning new things every day with your children.
When I’m not working, you can find me reading a good book or hiking with my dog! We both love to adventures, so we often take the opportunity to explore!”

Su-Jeong Lee (Sue)
ECE
Hi, my name is Sue (Su-Jeong Lee). I am an ECE teacher here in Kinderbees Childcare Centre. I have got ECE certification of BC after earning two-year ECE diploma at St.Clair College in Ontario. At college, I received several scholarships while I studied. I have got certification for infant-toddler and special needs as well as preschool teacher. I learned appropriate developmental teaching methods for each age group, and studied the emergent curriculum with child-centred approach. I will always keep in mind the four basic principles of Engagement, Belonging, Well-being and Expression in my classroom.
I also had an experience of teaching English alphabet phonics to first grade children in Korean Missionary Elementary school in the past while staying China. I will respect diversity, encourage children to blend in and interact each other. I love children and I love being with them.
I hope we can learn from each other and improve.
